Business Administration Diploma Program

The Business Administration Diploma Program exposes students to the most relevant aspects of international business management and administration. Students explore and develop the essential skills of problem solving, communication, leadership, personnel and motivation techniques, business planning and analysis, management decision-making methods, case studies and computer applications. The business knowledge and transferable skills acquired will promote progress within the business environment. You will learn the skills necessary in order to obtain a job in your chosen profession.

Upon completion of this program, students will receive a UCCBT Diploma in Business Administration after completing the full program and internship component. Students who achieve a 90% average will receive a UCCBT Honours Diploma of Business Administration.

Students gain valuable and practical experience after completing the General Certificate and the Honours Certificate by doing hands-on and realistic work at a real work environment as part of our internship placement opportunity. The internship consists of between 40 hours and 8 weeks of voluntary participation and practical experience.
