Students enrolled in our academic programs
have the option to volunteer for hands-on and realistic
work experience as part of our internship and volunteer
work placement opportunities. Internship and placement
schedules are flexible, and vary from program to program,
but generally range from 40 hours minimum and up to
8 weeks and focus primarily on providing students with
the chance to apply their skills and knowledge in a
genuine business or industry environment. Placements
are chosen based on student interest, academic performance
and their area of expertise.
Internship placements are offered in,
but not limited to, the following sectors:
- Advertising & Media Sector
- Banking & Finance Sector
- Hospitality & Travel/Tourism Sector
- International Trade/Logistics Sector
- Law/Justice Sector
- Retail Sector
- Toronto District School Board
- English as a Second Language (ESL) Institutions
